Senior Test Analyst - Cards and Payments

Overview

We\’re seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with expertise in the Cards & Payments domain to join Expleo. This role involves defining testing practices and ensuring quality aligns with Agile principles. As a collaborative team member, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure development tasks meet requirements and are completed with high quality within sprint periods.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Basilton, on-site.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end Cards domain, including functionalities such as acquiring, collections, payments, interest calculation, and installments, along with related user journeys and technologies.
2. Collaborate with end customer teams and internal colleagues.
3. Test POS devices, including Clover Flex, PAX devices (A920, A50, A920pro, A80, etc.).
4. Perform testing on payment applications, Softpos, and Smartpos systems.
5. Conduct end-to-end merchant payment processing system testing.
6. Design acceptance tests based on comprehensive technical analysis of specifications and acceptance criteria.
7. Work collaboratively as part of the team.
8. Ensure business requirements and specifications are sufficient to define test conditions.
9. Execute tests, record and analyze results, and report defects, issues, and risks.
10. Contribute to expanding automation test coverage.
11. Support integrating automated testing strategies within the Agile framework.
12. Identify testing improvements and collaborate on implementing Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ISEB/ISTQB certification.

Experience

• Experience in the Cards Domain is essential.
• Prior experience with Cards projects and platform implementations.
