Overview We are seeking a highly skilled RAMS Engineer – Reliability Modelling Marine to join our team and support the development, implementation, and assurance of reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) processes in our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, risk assessment, and safety analysis, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Conduct RAMS analysis throughout the project lifecycle, including FMEA, FTA, RBD, and HAZOP. Develop and implement RAMS plans, policies, and procedures to meet project and regulatory requirements. Perform reliability modeling, availability assessments, and maintainability evaluations to enhance system performance. Collaborate with design, systems, and project teams to integrate RAMS requirements into product development. Participate in design reviews for all systems / subsystems Ensure compliance with relevant standards Prepare and present RAMS reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Provide RAMS expertise and technical guidance to project teams and clients. Conduct RAMS training and awareness programs as needed. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering or equivalent qualification in a related field Essential skills Strong knowledge of RAMS methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and industry standards. Experience with reliability and safety analysis tools (e.g., ReliaSoft, Isograph, RAM Commander, or equivalent). Experience of Reliability modelling Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Sense of coordination and organisation Ability to manage time Desired skills Experience in a marine environment Experience of PHM MADE Experience Experience in RAMS engineering applied to the marine, railway, automotive, aeronautics or energy sectors.
