Expleo is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join a leading automotive OEM programme based in Solihull. This role sits within the Vehicle NVH (Noise, Vibration).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FTA, PDCA).
- Analyse data from manufacturing processes, fleet and durability testing, warranty claims, and customer feedback.
- Drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality.
- Support complete vehicle testing and validation.
- Ensure achievement of refinement and quality targets.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Apply strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive resolution.
