Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment? At Expleo UK, we're looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to Senior Executives within our UK business. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and stay calm under pressure will directly enable senior leadership to operate at their best. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Senior Executives, managing all incoming communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage multiple complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively.
  • Coordinate UK and overseas travel arrangements, often involving complex logistics and tight timelines.
  • Organise and support key internal and external meetings, including agendas, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong working relationships with Senior Executives, Managers, and Executive Assistants across Expleo's global organisation.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and business support, including expenses, timesheets, and purchase requisitions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times while operating in a highly visible role.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while remaining calm, organised, and professional.

Qualifications

  • A good level of education (graduate level preferred or equivalent professional experience).

Essential skills

  • Exceptional organisation, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy.
  • Confidence using your initiative to solve problems and manage competing demands.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience

  • Proven experience supporting Executive or Senior Leadership teams.
  • Experience working within a technical, engineering, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel and meetings.
