Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and engineering teams across the full project lifecycle
  • Assist in the creation and modification of engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Contribute to production and process improvement activities
  • Support testing, validation, and quality checks
  • Work closely with different teams to understand how engineering projects are delivered
  • Learn and apply engineering standards, safety procedures, and best practices
  • Build an understanding of how Expleo supports its clients

Qualifications

  • Predicted GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade 5 or above
  • Science is highly desirable
  • Commitment to completing a Level 3 Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship
  • Attendance at Blackpool & The Fylde College (1 day per week) alongside 4 days based in Preston

  • Any exposure to engineering, design, or technical subjects or work experience whilst at school
  • Interest in how things are made or work
  • Hands-on project experience (school or personal projects)
