Expleo is actively recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a leading manufacturing operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance, reliability, and availability of manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, excellent fault-finding abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities on a wide range of manufacturing equipment. * Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production capability safely and efficiently. * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system faults. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Proven experience within a manufacturing, production, automotive, or industrial maintenance environment. * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Experience working with automated machinery and production equipment. * Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems and industrial control systems. * Experience with robotics, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics would be advantageous. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. * Understanding of preventative maintenance and reliability improvement techniques. * Experience using CMMS or maintenance management systems. * Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent engineering qualification. * Ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively within a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies would be beneficial.
