We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to supporting complex payments, banking and technology transformation initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on Business Analyst who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology teams, drive complex change initiatives and work effectively within Agile delivery environments.
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic programmes and help shape innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Lead business analysis activities across complex payments and technology transformation initiatives.
Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technical and third-party stakeholders to drive solution design and process improvement.
Support strategic programmes including payment platform migrations, banking and payment provider integrations, payment processing enhancements, card payment capabilities and service expansion initiatives.
Analyse current and future-state processes, identify opportunities for optimisation and contribute to delivering value-driven solutions.
Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage challenging discussions and represent the business in engagements with external partners and suppliers.
Contribute to successful project delivery through effective management of priorities, risks, dependencies and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
