Expleo is seeking an experienced Business Change Consultant with deep practical expertise in Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing to support strategic consulting and business transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences sector. The successful candidate will combine extensive industry experience with strong consulting capability to advise executive stakeholders, evaluate strategic opportunities, and help clients shape future manufacturing and operational strategies.

Working closely with senior client leadership, the consultant will provide evidence-based recommendations, challenge existing thinking, assess emerging technologies, and support the development of transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. The role requires an individual who has operated within complex GMP-regulated environments and can translate real-world operational experience into strategic advice for pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on manufacturing transformation, operational excellence and future business capability.
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on the future of Life Sciences and Biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
