Are you an Automotive Engineer with a background in Towing and Carrying, seeking a new challenge? Expleo are recruiting for an Automotive Integration Engineer, to ensure all customer expectations for Towing and Carrying are met or exceeded. This is achieved through attribute target setting and verification sign-off, requirement decomposition, using both virtual and physical test methods. This role is based at a globally renowned Luxury Automotive OEM in Warwickshire and is offered on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Integration Engineer include:
- Ownership, management, validation and development of vehicle level towing and carrying requirements and targets
- Ensure robust SMART requirements and targets are cascaded and accepted
- Ensure clear status for towing attribute
- Support the development of towing and carrying features and designs for future vehicle
- Conduct benchmarking studies
Skills Required for the Integration Engineer position:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in towing trailers and using trailer towing hardware
- Background in vehicle level Towing & Carrying development, testing and validation
- Knowledge of automotive technologies or systems
- Background in engineering test activities
