We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to join the team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on testing expertise, a broad technical breadth, a solid understanding of Agile delivery, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple projects and platforms.
Liaise with senior business representatives to plan, coordinate, and facilitate testing, including User Acceptance Testing Perform API testing using Postman, including validation of request/response structures and data integrity.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend proceses and perform data verification.
Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an Agile environment, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Log, track, prioritise, and manage defects using industry-standard ALM tools (e. g., Jira; Azure Dev Ops).
Act as the cross-functional Team's primary liaison for quality, interfacing with 3rd-party, vendor and client/business representatives as required.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Undertake and contribute to test planning, risk assessments, and estimation activities.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
Leverage test automation experience and knowledge of coding languages (e. g., Java/Typescript/C#) to create and maintain automated tests using common libraries (e. g., Selenium/Playwright).
Essential - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience ISTQB Foundation Desirable - Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance
