Regional Business Manager in Basildon

Regional Business Manager Hybrid/Dunton, Essex Expleo is seeking a commercially focused Regional Business Manager to join our team on a contract. This is a hybrid role combining office, home, and field-based working, offering the opportunity to manage high-profile fleet accounts and drive business growth across the UK. The role will involve regular UK travel. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop a portfolio of regional fleet accounts. * Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted business partner. * Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to maximise value and long-term retention. * Deliver against sales, order intake, build and registration objectives. * Present business solutions and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and professionalism. * Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through CRM systems. Requirements: * Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience. * Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing commercial role. * Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. * Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
