Overview The Senior Business Analyst will support the transformation of a UK banking operation through the migration from the existing Equation core banking platform to a new Finacle implementation, working closely with business stakeholders in London and the wider Finacle implementation team in Riyadh. The role will combine strong Business Analysis and consultancy capability with practical financial services and core banking experience. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, requirements definition, gap and impact analysis, regulatory mapping and business readiness activities to ensure the new solution meets the needs of the London operation. The role will also contribute to understanding the wider business architecture of the London branch, identifying operational pain points, risks and opportunities and helping shape a pragmatic roadmap for business and technology change.
