Administrator

Expleo are working with a major Automotive Manufacturer in Gaydon, who are looking to recruit a skilled Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. Responsibilities of the role will include assisting in the provision of Engineering Services to the Research and Development department and other stakeholder functions, to support vehicle development within cost, quality and timing targets. Responsibilities of the Administrator - Perform the data entry into the company's Bill of Materials (BoM) system to support the following: Various vehicle development programmes and stages of the programmes Data input in multiple BoMs from initial file set-up through all prototype build phases to production Updating the MRD (material required date) and Target CMM date to drive the Engineering Time Release Schedule (ETRS) to support timing requirements General office duties including archiving R&D documentation, maintaining registers, fulfilment of ad hoc engineering information requests Requirements for the successful Administrator - Proficient at using a computer Basic Microsoft Office package experience Good attention to detail Able to concentrate & focus on a task for extended periods Able to accurately follow instructions To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are able to work within the UK.
