We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Administrator to support the internal recruitment team here at Expleo. Responsibilities You will be tasked with supporting on a variety of tasks including: Maintaining a close working relationship with offshore admin team Managing a high volume of contract administration – inclusive of contract renewals/extensions/terminations where applicable Using existing contracts management system to issue contracts Working with stakeholders, chasing for approvals etc Creating and issuing all contract documentation for any PSC, umbrella company and TWC contractors within in the UK, including new starter documentation and all amendments during the placement Maintaining/updating recruitment systems and internal databases with all necessary changes Working in line with relevant regulations such as IR35 and GDPR Being involved in the IR35 team weekly meetings to review documentation and develop new processes and ensuring compliance …
