We are seeking a Systems Avionics Engineer to support the design, integration, testing and certification process of aircraft avionics systems. The role ensures that avionics equipment and systems meet safety, performance and regulatory requirements while liaising with system architects and software teams to develop reliable avionics solutions for aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop avionics systems including communication, navigation and flight control systems.
- Define system architecture, interfaces and functional requirements.
- Support system integration within the aircraft electrical and avionics architecture.
- Integrate avionics systems with other aircraft systems such as electrical power, flight control and cockpit displays.
- Validate system compatibility and performance across the aircraft platform.
- Coordinate with hardware, software and mechanical engineering teams.
- Develop and manage system requirements using engineering tools.
- Ensure requirements traceability from design to verification.
- Support system-level documentation and design reviews.
- Develop test procedures and verification plans.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Avionics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
