Expleo are recruiting for a Bespoke Vehicle Configuration Specialist to join our clients highly experienced team in Surrey.

In this role, you will play a key part in steering the delivery of bespoke vehicles through business systems turning sales input into actionable data.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will define strategies for the seamless delivery of bespoke products.

Responsibilities

  • Support bespoke vehicle enquiries and requests.
  • Manage and process orders, specifications, and production requirements.
  • Liaise with sales, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and production teams.
  • Manage vehicle Bo M updates and build documentation, ensuring bespoke requirements are accurately communicated and implemented.
  • Create and maintain documentation, SAP data, and parts information.
  • Ensure accuracy through quality checks and risk identification.
  • Support issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including SAP updates and inbox management.
  • Contribute to new vehicle programmes and bespoke content development.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ideally with data entry experience.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Interest in automotive manufacturing and technical products/processes.
  • Excel and SAP experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Project coordination or administrative experience preferred.
  • Previous experience within an automotive, manufacturing, technical, or administrative environment advantageous.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.
