Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with a global presence. We are seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to provide support to the Electrical team. This activity is mainly remote based and will require travel to our client’s Preston facility.
This role involves updating the current development fleet of commercial vehicles with new software and hardware as applicable and testing. You will need to identify the root cause of any issues with conflicting software. In addition, you will need to support the Vehicle Test Team by taking logs of issues that have been raised.
This role would be ideal for a recent graduate in electrical engineering.
- Good understanding of using OEM Diagnostic tools to reflash vehicles
- Ability to use vector CAN tools, CANoe, CANape
- Experience of identifying root cause in software
- Good communication skills to report the status of which trucks have been updated and which are outstanding
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Need to be on-site when necessary in Preston
