Expleo UK is looking for a proactive, network‑savvy recruiter to join our internal talent team onsite in Stevenage. This is a high‑impact role where your sourcing creativity and industry insight will directly contribute to the growth of a critical account.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview blue‑collar candidates for technician and skilled trade roles within aerospace and defence
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Partner with onsite security and operations teams to coordinate onboarding and site access
- Use innovative sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, referrals, and local outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with hiring processes and security protocols
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning
- Represent Expleo UK professionally onsite and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications
- No formal degree required—experience and sourcing ability matter most
- Recruitment certifications (REC, CIPD, etc.) are a plus but not essential
Desired Skills
- Experience working within an internal recruitment function
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and security clearance coordination
