Software Fleet Manager in Preston

Overview

Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with a global presence. We are seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to provide support to the Electrical team. This activity is mainly remote based and will require travel to our client’s Preston facility.

Responsibilities

• Updating the current development fleet of commercial vehicles with new software and hardware as applicable and test.
• Identify root cause of any issues with conflicting software.
• Support the Vehicle Test Team with taking logs of issues that have been raised.

Qualifications

• Ideal for a recent graduate in electrical engineering.
• Good understanding of using OEM Diagnostic tools to reflash vehicles.
• Ability to use Vector CAN tools, CANoe, CANape.
• Experience of identifying root cause in software.
• Good communications skills to report status of which trucks have been updated and which are outstanding.
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Need to be on-site when necessary in Preston.
