Expleo Group is seeking a Human Factors & Ergonomics Engineer to integrate human-centred design across complex control systems and safety-critical programmes. You will contribute to Human Factors Integration (HFI) strategies and ensure usability and operator performance are embedded throughout the lifecycle.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will support usability studies, engage with operators and stakeholders, and translate user needs into engineering requirements while promoting.
