Expleo are recruiting for skilled automotive Preppers and Vehicle Polishers for our prestigious client based in Surrey. Our client is seeking a candidate to join their established team, where you will be required to deliver the highest standard in bespoke preparation. The role encourages involvement in improving performance for the team, in quality and cost control, productivity and areas of safety.
Expleo are looking for a skilled Specialist Automotive Preppers and Vehicle Polishers with:
- Previous Automotive Prep, Paint and Polish experience is essential
- No formal qualifications required, but a foundation in engineering or experience in automotive/manufacturing is advantageous
- Specific skills for some positions (e.g., composite lay-up & repair, diagnostics, mechanical vehicle repair, bare metal repair)
- Experience working as part of a team (desirable)
- Experience working to timescales (advantageous)
