We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join a leading automotive organisation based in Gaydon on a long-term maternity cover contract until September 2027 .
This role is focused on supplier relationship management , working closely with key and strategic suppliers to ensure strong performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the relationship with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver value for both the company and supplier.
Responsibilities include:
Developing relationship management plans
Monitoring performance and compliance with organization's standards
Driving continuous improvement on supplier side
Reporting on and partnering in resolving any performance issues on supplier side
Level: An Experienced Professional applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Responsibilities typically include:
Works independently with general supervision.
