Graduate Engineer – Marine – Expleo Group

We are currently recruiting for Graduate/Junior Marine Engineers to work on some of the most exciting defence marine/naval projects available in the UK. Full training, as well as guidance from our engineering team, will be provided. If you are a recent graduate looking for a progressive opportunity to learn on the job, or you have some initial experience in the industry and are looking for a position to further develop yourself, this may be the one for you.
Qualifications
- Qualified to a degree level in a mechanical engineering discipline.
- Experience using a CAD package during studies and looking to build on these skills.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Office Packages and use of Excel for data recording, manipulating analytical reports and documentation.
Desired Skills
- Able to work to a high standard with minimum supervision on occasions, whilst also being able to work collectively as part of a group.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet project gateway requirements.
- High level of problem‑solving capability and the ability to take up multiple tasks at any given time, providing regular progress updates.
