Role Overview
The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager leads multiple future capability projects, delivering engineering and technical solutions within scope, budget, and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern multiple multi‑functional teams.
- Keep projects on budget and control cost.
- Mitigate and manage risks to the lowest possible level.
- Own engineering resources and manage staffing.
- Track plans against progress and milestones.
- Identify potential opportunities to benefit the projects.
- Ensure technical and engineering aspects of projects are delivered appropriately.
Qualifications
- A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject.
Essential Skills
- Engineering Management
- Project Management (critical path control, risk understanding)
- Experience as an engineer in Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.
- Full knowledge of the V‑lifecycle.
