Overview
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with consultancy, SAP S4/HANA and Finance experience to join Expleo.
Responsibilities
- Client Focused – deliver consultancy and analytical services to clients to co-create value, overseeing the discovery initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of various SAP S4/HANA Upgrade and Integration projects.
- Expleo – support the BA practice and collaborate within a multidisciplinary delivery team.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactive, adaptable, and able to excel in multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative.

- Network and work as part of multi-disciplinary teams, including Operations, Sales and Client Success Partners
- Identify opportunities for business development with the client
- Comply with Expleo Delivery governance related to sharing client knowledge and relationship management, reporting, raising issues, and capturing learning and case studies for clients
- Share knowledge and experience with other team members
- Support team success and motivate others to maintain morale and performance
Qualifications
- BCS Business Analysis International Diploma (or equivalent)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Essential Skills
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA platform or other ERP systems and their modules, workflows
- Eliciting and managing requirements
- Process modelling
- High level data modelling
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC frameworks
- Problem analysis and operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable experience delivering change using technology and soft skills
- Advanced MS Excel, and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Visio (or similar process modelling tool) and MS Word
- Self-management and ability to plan and organise work to align with client plans or milestone dates
Experience
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA platform, upgrades, integrations, migrations and implementations
- Commercial and regulatory awareness
- Consulting experience is an advantage
