Expleo is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our customer’s Global Commercial Services team within Indirect Procurement. This 6‑month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of the global retailer network, focusing on the look and feel of the retail environment across multiple markets.

In this position, you will work closely with Retail Operations teams to enhance how customers interact with vehicles inside retail spaces. You will be involved in sourcing a wide range of retail environment elements such as signage, furniture, lighting, and joinery, supporting the delivery of a modernised and premium retail identity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all global and relevant local sourcing activities related to retail environment categories.
- Manage project delivery across multiple retail-focused procurement streams.
- Conduct cost benchmarking and drive commercial improvements.
- Oversee contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Develop category strategy with a strong focus on sustainability.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders to support a consistent retail experience.
- A Buyer with 3+ years’ experience purchasing goods.
- Experience working with colleagues across the globe with clear communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of category management principles.
- Proven internal and external relationship management capabilities.
- Flexibility and agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Previous experience in Retail Procurement.
- Project management skillset.
Degree and/or CIPS qualification is preferable but not essential.
