The successful candidate will be responsible for automotive vehicle electrical support, including preparation, building, reworking, and fault diagnostics. Expleo offers both inside and outside IR35 contracts, working on site.
Responsibilities
- Rework donor harnesses to add new programme specific content.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure industry best practice is followed.
- Work to engineering drawings and feed back any issues found.
- Work to engineering mod sheets and feed back any issues found.
- Support on-car reworks where necessary to ensure correct functionality.
- Investigate harness issues and propose/complete resolution activities.
- Maintain rework documentation to ensure clarity of status for components and vehicles.
- Identify components required to complete reworks and support part number specification and order placement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Systems Engineering (Minimum 2:2).
- Clean UK driver’s licence required.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in Automotive Electronics.
- Strong understanding of electrical harness capability (LV and HV).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Project etc.
