Expleo are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Buyer to take ownership of global sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship activities within a dynamic procurement environment. This is a high-impact role where you will lead strategy execution across your category, drive cost and quality improvements, and build strong supplier partnerships on both a regional and global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract management and supplier relationship management (SRM) activities across your category.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, supporting Centre of Excellence (CoE) programmes.
- Develop and deploy global category strategies to deliver cost, quality, and performance targets.
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders, incorporating regional requirements into sourcing strategies.
- Execute sourcing activities in line with Strategy Category Plans (SCP) via the Global Sourcing Process (GSP).
- Lead global and regional sourcing activities, identifying opportunities across international markets.
- Oversee contract implementation and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs and driving ongoing improvements.
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, supporting long-term business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- An individual who is results driven, demonstrates tenacity, drive and perseverance, with the ability to deliver in a complex, highly demanding environment.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
- Commercial Awareness and Negotiation skills.
- Understand category management principles.
- Strategic thinking.
- Global business understanding and experience.

- Relationship management - internal and external.
- Flexibility and agility to be able to adjust to changing business needs.
- Ability to travel internationally.
