Are you passionate about ensuring software quality, driving testing excellence, and mentoring others along the way? We’re looking for a Senior QA Manual Test Engineer to join our growing customer and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, high‑performing software products.

About the Role

As a Senior Professional in the QA team, you will bring advanced expertise in test planning, scenario development, and cross‑platform execution. You’ll work independently with limited supervision, while also coaching junior testers and supporting offshore teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Software Developers, Product Owners, and Database Administrators to ensure every feature and release meets our quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies across multiple software platforms.
  • Create automation test scripts and convert manual test processes into efficient automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with Development and Product teams to understand requirements and build comprehensive test scenarios for new projects.
  • Track and prioritize testing activities, defects, and issues, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Facilitate functional testing, regression testing, UI testing, unit testing, and cross‑browser testing (including mobile environments).
  • Provide leadership by mentoring junior QA members and supporting problem-solving within the team.
  • Partner with Developers and DBAs to identify and escalate system deficiencies for timely resolution.
  • Ensure quality delivery across all phases of the SDLC, including Regression, Functional, Integration, and End‑to‑End testing.

  • Strong background in test case design, test strategies, and automation conversion.
  • Experience working independently on complex problems and managing processes/projects.
  • Ability to coach others and review the work of lower‑level professionals.
