Expleo is supporting a prestigious automotive client based in Gaydon in their search for experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to drive Agile excellence across key vehicle programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role within Engineering Delivery, ensuring the precise execution of product development through Agile methodologies. You will be instrumental in integrating and leading Engineering Scrum Masters, enabling robust delivery aligned to Cost, Quality, and Time targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the prime engineering contact within agile delivery groups, providing technical leadership and driving engineering excellence.
  • Lead and manage Engineering Scrum Masters, ensuring high performance and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive technical compliance through defined KPIs, identifying risks and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of engineering programme content aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Manage and influence stakeholder communications, working closely with functional attribute leaders.
  • Report engineering workstream progress, ensuring accuracy of key documentation (e.g. EBERs, AIMs, RMDV).
  • Support continuous improvement and Agile transformation, embedding best practice and benchmarking insights.
  • Champion Agile principles, contributing to the ongoing evolution of delivery frameworks.

What You’ll Need

  • Essential: Credibility within the product development environment and ability to influence others; Team Player; Previous experience of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling the delivery of engineering content; Someone who will take on a challenge and get it done.
  • Desirable: Experience of delivering engineering content; Experience of Engineering technical deliverables; Experience working across various corporate functions; Experience of Agile & Scrum; Experience of Business Transformation; Experience of process improvement and Agile thinking; Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
