Are you passionate about driving change and empowering teams through impactful training? Expleo is seeking a dynamic Trainer / Change Co-ordinator to support a major transformation initiative within engineering. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in process re-engineering and change adoption across a leading automotive organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver process-centric training content tailored to engineering roles.
- Ensure training materials are current and version-controlled in line with process evolution.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely delivery across teams.
- Assess delegate competency through tests and provide post-training support including clinics and 1:1 sessions.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to BAU.
- Manage change control of training content and ensure ongoing adoption of new processes.
- Proven experience in training development and classroom delivery, ideally with a process focus.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Solid understanding of change management and adoption principles.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Coaching experience.
- Familiarity with Jira / Xray.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
