Are you an Automotive Test Engineer, looking to join a leading Research and Development Team for a major automotive manufacturer? Do you have a passion for future vehicle development? We are seeking a Test Engineer with experience within infotainment, to support the validation of infotainment electrical systems, navigation and audio systems on behalf of our globally successful Automotive OEM, based in Bedfordshire, on a contract basis.

Develop testing methods & procedures for validation of Infotainment systems

  • Ensure vehicle level quality, function and reliability standards are maintained with changes of Infotainment HW & SW
  • Knowledge of software programming and software quality assurance
  • Experience of software application into vehicle ECUs in the manufacturing environment
  • Ability to risk assess software modifications and develop appropriate test plans
  • Understand network communications ie CAN, LIN
  • Ability to follow system circuit diagrams and identify electrical connections

Flexibility to travel, and a valid driving license are required for this role.
