Expleo is seeking a Plant Engineer to support one of our key clients in the Warwick area on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact engineering projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a Plant Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering-based projects from concept through to commissioning. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing, planning, and implementing operational strategies for new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Preparing detailed designs, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Overseeing production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitoring project progress and resolving operational issues to minimize delays.
  • Managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of junior engineers and team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in plant or project engineering, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards, project controls, and technical specifications.
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
