Expleo are seeking a highly organised and proactive Powertrain Engineer, based in Warwickshire on a Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a strategic approach to powertrain integration.
  • Technical project management working with stakeholders to identify alignment on key technologies.
  • Lead the integration of Motorsport led, powertrain activities into Off-Cycle agile structure.
  • Lead the identification and definition of aligned electrified powertrain technologies and supporting test methods and tools between motorsport and passenger car applications.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities to improve motorsport programme performance.
  • Establish opportunities to advance powertrain technology roadmap.
  • Technical project management of early phase delivery.
  • Lead regular reporting across core and motorsport programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ideally hold a Degree qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Automotive engineering experience, with a focus on electrified powertrains.
  • Electrical engineering experience with a focus on automotive application.
  • Experience in Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Propulsion systems, system integration and technology roadmap.
  • Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
