Expleo is seeking Engineering Release Specialists to join our dynamic Release Operations team, supporting our prestigious automotive client in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of vehicle build quality and manufacturing excellence across all carlines and plants.

Role Overview

As an Engineering Release Specialist, you will be responsible for the construction, release, and maintenance of Bills of Material (BoM) for specific vehicle areas. You’ll work closely with Engineering Centres of Competence (CoCs), ensuring accurate part usage and logic to support scheduling and build processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyse engineering documents to ensure timely and accurate BoM release.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of part usage and vehicle specifications across markets.
  • Act as a focal point for customers and suppliers at the commodity level.
  • Liaise extensively with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
  • Support Early BoM, File Set Up & Validation events.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide cover for colleagues across teams when needed.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
