Do you have a background in Employee Relations? Expleo are seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional, professional HR support within manufacturing facilities across the West Midlands, focusing on all aspects of Absence Management. This role is supporting our client, a luxury car Manufacturer, based in the West Midlands, on a Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide manufacturing related absence support
  • Provide timely and effective support for both short and long-term absence matters
  • Assist in co-ordinating absence management training to all stakeholders across the manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate closely with Employee Relations Administrators across manufacturing sites to review, refine and align absence management policies
  • Actively promote and encourage the use of wellbeing resources
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support accurate data reporting
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across HR and the wider business to ensure the efficient delivery of Employee Relations services
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Employee Relations team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously, using initiative to manage workload and meet challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, effective results in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Effective organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Ability to liaise with managers across all levels
  • Ability to use rational judgement, critical thinking and data analysis to inform decision‐making
  • Comfortable and confident using a range of HR systems, technologies and digital tools
