Are you an Automotive Engineer with a background in Durability & Robustness, seeking a new challenge? Expleo are recruiting for an Automotive Integration Engineer, to ensure all customer expectations for vehicle Durability and Robustness are met or exceeded. This is achieved through attribute target setting and verification sign-off, using both virtual and physical test methods. This role is based at a globally renowned Luxury Automotive OEM in Warwickshire and is offered on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Integration Engineer include:

  • Support delivery of all attribute requirement targets by gateway
  • Planning strategy and delivery for all attributes covering CAR, RLD, rig and driven DV activities
  • Working with system and component areas to define and maintain target requirements
  • Support the Programme Attribute Team to ensure all technical issues are identified and resolved
  • Work with stakeholders to drive implementation and resolution of all engineering solutions
  • Deliver technical recommendations and reports
  • Ensure all lessons learnt are captured

Skills Required for the Integration Engineer position:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proven knowledge of vehicle technologies
  • Background in Durability & Strength principles with a knowledge of data collection and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of system engineering principles and delivery
