Are you an Automotive Attributes Engineer, seeking a new challenge? Do you have passion for future vehicle development? If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! One of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers is currently recruiting for an Attributes Integration Engineer to help them develop unique and innovative automotive products. As an Attributes Integration Engineer, you will co-ordinate Attribute teams to ensure target compatibility with programme content across multiple vehicle programmes, taking responsibility for tracking completion of all Attribute activities, whilst supporting the creation of Attribute targets, then tracking through to delivery. Based in Warwickshire, you will be supporting a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Engineers on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of the Attributes Integration Engineer will include:
- Support competitor Attribute benchmarking
- Plan and co-ordinate benchmarking vehicle activities
- Attribute Panel Chart setup
- Program attribute status report against gateway
- Support the Programme attribute teams to ensure all technical issues are identified and resolved
- Define and maintain target requirements in support of overall vehicle level targets
Qualifications and skills required for the Attributes Integration Engineer position:
- Ideally degree qualified
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry
- Experience of problem solving tools
- Background in customer facing attribute delivery
- Ability to negotiate with other functions to achieve objectives
- Good leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complex technical issues
