- Governance & Datenbasis: Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden klare Spielregeln für die Nutzung und sorgst dafür, dass Daten sauber strukturiert, sicher und Copilot-tauglich sind.
- Security & Compliance: Du bindest IT und Security früh ein und stellst sicher, dass Copilot in bestehende Anforderungen passt, pragmatisch, sicher und nutzbar.
