Team Leader Data Center (m/f/d)

A leading international engineering consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Discipline Lead to join its growing data centre team. This is a critical hire, supporting a high-priority project set to launch in Western Denmark . The successful candidate will play a central role in design delivery, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical design scopes from concept to detailed design and implementation. Collaborate closely with Design Managers and project engineers across multiple offices. Represent the mechanical function in client-facing and internal technical discussions. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-performance, integrated solutions. Provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and mentorship to junior engineers. Support planning and execution of early-stage project activities and mobilisation. Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical design engineering within data centre projects (medium to large scale preferred). Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams. Expertise in mechanical systems relevant to data centres (e.g., HVAC, cooling systems). Fluent in English with excellent communication and coordination skills.
