This is a 360 recruitment role, combining strategic business development with hands-on delivery. You'll partner with senior decision-makers across innovative technology companies, shaping their talent strategies and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technology disciplines — from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Drive business development, identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and securing retained projects.
- Source and engage top-tier technical and leadership talent through advanced search, headhunting, and networking strategies.
