A leading player in the utility-scale renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Senior EPC Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. This is a high-impact role where you'll oversee complex engineering, procurement, and construction efforts—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will manage both in-house and external teams, contribute to strategic decision-making, and be a key driver of operational success across multi-megawatt projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring delivery meets contract specifications, quality, deadlines, and budget.
- Plan and optimize resources, minimizing travel, materials, and equipment costs for maximum efficiency.
- Enforce adherence to Health & Safety policies and site-specific risk assessments.
- Deliver consistent project outcomes through effective team and subcontractor management.
- Drive strong financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and cost control.
- Ensure contractual KPIs and performance metrics are met through detailed monitoring and reporting.
- Manage the project supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of EPC project experience, including utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV.
- Proven background in project management, including reviewing technical documents and scopes.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements, budget oversight, and program delivery.
- HNC qualified with relevant industry training (e.g., SMSTS, CDM, IOSH).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partners.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible and mobile, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
