Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technology disciplines — from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Drive business development, identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and securing retained projects.
• Source and engage top-tier technical and leadership talent through advanced search, headhunting, and networking strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarking and hiring insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client experiences.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue, activity, and quality KPIs.

Required Skillsets

• Proven track record of consistent billings and client development success within technology recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the technology market, including key trends and talent drivers.
• Skilled in 360 recruitment delivery, business development, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Prior experience in a senior or principal consultant role within tech or digital recruitment.
