Are you young, ambitious and naturally the person who is always taking photos, making videos, posting on Instagram or coming up with ideas? Do you want a role where you can actually make an impact, rather than spending your day doing the same admin tasks? We’re looking for a Junior Social Media & Office Coordinator to join Experts Group International (EGI) and become a big part of our growing London office.
A little about EGI: EGI is an international recruitment business with offices in London, Austin and Dubai. We recruit across some of the world’s fastest-growing industries, including Data Centres, Energy & Renewables, Technology and Value Chain. We’re ambitious, fast-paced and entrepreneurial and we’re looking for someone who can help us bring that personality to life online and in the office.
This is a very varied role, and no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll be involved in:
- Creating fun, engaging content for EGI’s LinkedIn and social channels
- Taking photos and videos around the office
- Coming up with new content ideas and campaigns
- Helping showcase our people, culture, achievements and recruitment markets
- Supporting our consultants with their own personal branding
- Keeping up with current social media trends and bringing new ideas to the business
- Helping keep our London office running smoothly
- Organising team events, lunches, incentives and celebrations
- Getting involved in office initiatives and competitions
- Helping create a fun, energetic environment
- Supporting new starters as they join the business
- Working closely with the wider team to keep everyone engaged
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone very early in their career. In your first or second job, coming from a recruitment agency background, working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Resourcer, Administrator or Junior Recruiter, or a recent graduate with some recruitment experience. Someone who has realised they want to move into the creative/social side of recruitment.
Recruitment experience is important to us. You don’t need years of experience, we actually want someone junior who can learn, develop and grow with EGI. Your personality matters more than your CV. We want someone who is:
- Naturally outgoing and confident
- Creative and full of ideas
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable speaking to people
- Energetic and positive
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being around people
- Ambitious and keen to build a career
You don’t need to know everything. We can teach you the rest. What we can’t teach is personality, energy and the willingness to get stuck in.
Why EGI? This isn’t a role where you’ll be given a list of admin tasks and left to get on with it. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to shape how EGI looks, feels and presents itself. You’ll be given responsibility from day one, encouraged to bring your own ideas and have the opportunity to develop your career as the business grows.
If you’re looking for your next step after your first recruitment role and want something more creative, social and varied, this could be the opportunity for you. Think you’ve got the personality for it? We’d love to hear from you.
