Experts Group International are seeking a driven leader to join our business as Head of Contract Recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to build our contract division from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy, establishing high-quality processes, and creating a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results for our clients and contractors.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and scale our contract recruitment division, establishing a strong market presence and delivering sustainable growth.
Develop and execute strategy for attracting, placing, and retaining top contract talent across key markets.
Lead from the front—driving business development, client relationships, and high-value placements.
Implement best practices in compliance, contractor care, and operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to align the contract function with the wider company goals, ensuring maximum impact and profitability.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in contract recruitment with a strong track record of building or scaling a desk/division.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create and implement strategy from scratch.
Strong leadership skills—able to attract, develop, and retain top recruitment talent.
Deep understanding of contractor management, compliance, and client service.
Commercially minded with the drive to deliver results and grow a business unit.
