✔ An accountancy qualification (or working towards)

✔ Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in a fast-paced Recruitment business (experience with contract recruitment is vital)

✔ A confident communicator with commercial savvy and a problem-solving mindset

✔ Comfortable building systems from the ground up and challenging the status quo
