This role is focused on supporting day-to-day service activities within a technical operations environment. The Technician is responsible for assisting with basic technical tasks such as equipment installations, remote support actions, and structured cabling work, while also ensuring the reliability and upkeep of the facility. Additional duties include contributing to internal operational requests that help maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols while upholding professional standards.
  • Deliver hands-on technical support, including responding to remote support requests from clients.
  • Assist with hardware installations, deinstallation and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of service tasks, progress, and incidents to support process improvements.
  • Participate in setup and decommissioning of interconnections and network equipment under guidance.
  • Support structured cabling, labeling, and infrastructure documentation during equipment migration.
  • Support with migration and implementation responsibilities.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance (e.g., resets, reboots, connectivity checks).
  • Respond to internal maintenance tasks such as component swaps, minor repairs, and basic diagnostics.
  • Contribute to implementation and transition efforts as coordinated by the project or operations team.
