Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to fast-track your career in the heart of London? We’re looking for driven Associate Consultants to join an international recruitment team with first-class training, uncapped earning potential, and a culture that nurtures talent and rewards success. Along with a full training program, you will be working within one of our core verticals (CleanTech, Value Chain or Technology) under the guidance of our L&D team and a dedicated team Director. No prior recruitment experience required – just the right mindset, a strong work ethic, and the hunger to build a career with purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates in your niche market.
  • Identify opportunities, pitch talent, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop consultative sales skills and market knowledge.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and directors to hit performance goals.

Required Skills & Traits

  • No recruitment experience required (1–12 months experience is a plus).
  • A driven, coachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to grow professionally.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and commute to Central London daily.
