What you’ll do
- Partner with senior leaders to define and continuously evolve the transformation vision and strategic roadmap, aligned with enterprise goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized, actionable program plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships across business units, technology, HR, finance, and external partners, through structured communication, engagement frameworks, and change management practices.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact transformation programs with strong governance structures (e.g., risk, issue, and change management; milestone tracking; dependency management).
- Ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with business value realization goals.

- Own and execute the communications plan for the transformation function, including leadership all hands, updates, and change narratives.
- Own the operational governance of the function, including leadership team meetings, decision forums, ad hoc reviews, and executive reporting.
Act as a cultural ambassador, working with HR and business leaders to embed new ways of working aligned with our Operating Model and the Vodafone Spirit.
Who you are
- Effectiveness (time/quality/change) – meeting requests, driving changes, communications and collaboration while meeting quality expectations on time in dynamic environments.
- Governance simplification and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Preferred understanding of network technologies, infrastructure, and topologies.
- Experience working in telecom, technology, or other complex matrix environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
