PRODUCTION PLANNER

All'interno del dipartimento Planning siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire come Production Planner presso il Plant di Dovera. La risorsa sarà responsabile dell'attività di pianificazione e schedulazione per l'area di competenza.

Attività

  • Verifica quotidianamente la generazione della catena degli ordini pianificati da parte del sistema per l'area di competenza.
  • Gestisce la tavola di pianificazione prodotta dal Sistema a breve termine per l'area di competenza.
  • Valuta la fattibilità delle modifiche degli ordini richiesti dal cliente al commerciale (gestione varianti).
  • Collabora con la funzione commerciale per la conferma al cliente della data di consegna.
  • Gestisce e controlla il flag di "stato" relativo della riga dell'ordine.
  • Interagisce con le funzioni commerciali in base al monitoraggio degli ordini (es. richieste di anticipi produttivi).
  • Analizza quotidianamente la situazione degli ordini di produzione aperti di sua competenza con un orizzonte temporale limitato.
  • Analizza sulla tavola di pianificazione del Sistema le situazioni di allarme di breve e medio termine per comprenderne le cause e le criticità.
  • In caso di varianti, effettua le variazioni all'ordine di vendita.
  • Supporta la funzione Commerciale e il Planning Coordinator nella definizione dei piani di azione a fronte di situazioni di allarme.
  • Attraverso l'elaborazione di simulazioni a sistema, definisce eventuali azioni correttive per rimuovere il ritardo sulla data finale schedulata.
  • Sviluppa piani di produzione relativamente all'area di competenza.
  • Verifica la completa disponibilità dei componenti necessari alla produzione anche facendo riferimento al report Analisi Fattibilità prodotto dal sistema.
  • Monitora l'avanzamento degli ordini di produzione relativi agli ordini cliente.
  • Evidenzia al Planning Coordinator criticità legate a sovraccarichi sulle risorse.
  • Gestisce le richieste di reintegro per il packaging e il bulk.
  • Chiude l'ordine di produzione bulk o PF a fronte di situazioni in cui questo si renda necessario.
  • Monitora e gestisce il livello di giacenze per i clienti che richiedono la gestione forecast di bulk o prodotto finito.
  • Provvede a convertire gli ordini di produzione da "aperti" a "rilasciati" per alimentare il programma di lavoro della settimana successiva.

Requisiti

  • Laurea ingegneria gestionale o discipline affini.
  • Formazione maturata in ambito pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione industriale; esperienze in ambito cosmetico verranno valutate positivamente.
  • Buone capacità di problem‑solving.
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e forte orientamento al risultato.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Ottima competenza nell'uso dei principali strumenti informatici e del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Precisione e capacità di organizzazione.
